Individual & Small Group Instruction
Description
Instruction for
individuals or small groups to enhance knowledge, skill and safety.
Allows instruction content, pace and focus to be determined by you.
Instruction can follow ACA outlines or be developed uniquely to meet your goals & objectives.
For individuals it provides the attention that is not available/possible in a group.
For a group, it forms a common foundation of skill, knowledge and safety that enhances group decision making.
The instruction is typically activity based with exercises that can be used to practice on your own and develop the skills wanted. Handouts developed for ACA workshops are used to enhance lessons and provide for future reference.
